As shown in our testing facility, our technical team mounts our fully assembled battery packs onto original heavy-duty tools—such as the Hilti TE rotary hammer—for live operation tests. We put the equipment through intense, continuous tasks like concrete drilling to ensure the battery handles real job-site stress.

Through live tool testing, we focus on three key aspects:

• Physical Fit & Electronic Handshake: We verify smooth insertion, secure locking, and flawless terminal alignment directly on original tool bodies. This eliminates common issues like tight fits or communication errors between the BMS and the tool.
  

• Sustained Power Output: High-demand power tools pull heavy current. Real-load testing ensures our batteries supply consistent power without tripping thermal protection or dropping voltage prematurely.
  

• Thermal & Housing Durability: Running batteries under continuous operation allows us to monitor heat dissipation and ensure the outer casing withstands high vibration and heavy impact.
